Is the html editor component accessible (Section 508)?

when I click on the label of Biography the focus event for text area inside in the htmleditor does not appear to be activated because I do not see the cursor start to blink as it would if I click on the labels of Company or Email.

I'm not seeing a problem with FF or Chrome

The problem appears in both FF and Chrome. The way to see the problem is if you click on any label in that form (First Name, Last Name, etc.), you will see that the cursor appears and starts to blink in the textfield. This happens for every field but the Biography field.

Agreed, it doesn't appear that clicking on the label moves focus to the editor. Not sure how that would work as the editor is in a iframe. You can get to it by tabbing though.
