send email in in form submission

Hi,

I want to implement email functioning in extjs4.0.2a form panel. When I click on email radio button., I want to send email . But I am not sure which client need to use. or Do I need to call any specific produce.
Please let me know if any one has implemented so far and would like to share with me.

You cannot send emails from the browser, you'd need to call for example a PHP script that does this for you.

Thx Mankz. This means I may need to use any third party client and call in a function on formpanel . Is it so ?

Just capture the $_POST in your PHP code and setup whatever way you want to use to send email. You can use the built in mail function or you can go for a more robust email "framework"... there are some really great ones that have been around for forever.

Thx Michael, but I am not using PHP in my code. so I cant use mail built in function. So I guess I need to use some external email provider.
