[2.0a1][CLOSED] IE 6 Problem: Fieldsets : Only Label moves with scroll bar

I have a region with autoScroll(true). Region has Form with Fields sets.

Scroll bar appears after reducing the size of browser window. Moving the scroll bar moves the Label but the fields are fixed. This behaviour is shown in IE 6. Fire Fox 2 there is no problem.

Steps to replicate the problem.

1. Pl Save the attached html file saved as .txt.
2. Save the file as .html and put ext-all-debug.js, ext-base.js in the directory from release ext-2.0-alpha1.
3. Preview the content in the html file. Reduce the size of browse window so that scroll bar appears. Move the scroll bar and only Field Label will move not he input fields.

Pl. note this bug appears in IE6 and not in Firefox 2

This is a bug in the IE rendering engine in strict mode. It has been discussed (with workaround) in quite a few threads.
