form.getValues() crashes if inner content has been modified

Hey team, here is the crash log :

* Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'getChecked'
* in all-debug-w-comments l.64619

Is there something to do before calling getValues() to refresh the current form status ?

(I'm adding some textfields to an inner fieldset, but i guess it does not matter).

Looks like it only crashes when several textfields have the same name.

So it's easily avoidable, but still needs a fix i guess.

I actually had to refactor form panel quite a bit due to multiple bugs with getValues/setValues and some fields not returning the correct values. You'll have to wait for the next release I'm afraid. Sorry about that.
