Feature Request: Grouped List Header option

I would like an option where if a grouped list has only 1 group, then the header is either not displayed or displayed. Therefore, there would be three modes: No grouping, Always grouped, Grouped when more than 1 group.

This can easily be done by removing the groupers and refreshing the list. But when you reload the store, it needs to be reapplied.
