change with of content panel when scrollbars are added

Hi all

I have a content panel which has fixed width because i use a listview with template rendering
inside. I have set scroll mode to AUTOY. When the scrollbar is added i would like to change the width
of the contentpanel in order to keep the same visible area for the listview.

Is it possible to get an event when the scrollbars are added and the do the resize on the content panel ?

by setting the div in the template to a percentage of the width, the elements themselves resize when the scrollbar
becomes visible
