ExtJS tooltip for form fields - NumberField specifically

Hi,

How can I modify the look and feel for an ExtJS tooltip for a numberfield so that it shows up with an exclamation icon before the message on the tooltip itself. Currently, it only shows a validation message on the tooltip but no exclamation icon.
