Getting Error while loading Base.js

I am getting the following error while loading the base.js for printing the form panel. I have mentioned the Ext.ux.renderers.Base in requires attribute as follows.



requires:['Ext.ux.renderers.Base'],


Iam getting parentPrototype is undefined. Please see the attachement for more information about error.
