Color picker from outer somehing feature

Sencha have color pick, but it can't pick from outer files.
We always have situation picking from some pictures .
So, it is useful feature:D.

Thanks for replying.
It is good tool but, features is insufficiency and little expencive.
So, I expect changing the tool too much.;)
