Form Rating Field Extension

After clicking it, can't go back on the stars

Well, what do you mean exactly? if you click on any other star it will change the value, but you lost the hide / show animation, because otherwise will create confusion.

i think that he mean that you can't clear the field (zero stars)

Good idea, will expose a function for that, and also an icon to clear the field.
