Grid plugins are disable after the grid is reconfigured

I am programming with Ext JS 3.4
I created a editorGridPanel with plugins like filter or summary, and i want to add columns dynamically.
So I use the reconfigure method, but when the grid is reconfigured , its plugins are all disabled.

I have not seen this behavior. Have you done any debugging?

Yes.
eg. I configured a GridSummary plugin for a grid. Then I add annother Column using the grid's reconfigure method, then the firebug show's error "cell[j] is undefined". I guess the reason is the ColumnModel array is more then it configured orginally. So how to reconfigure the plugin?
