Dynamic UI based on Security Roles

Ca anyone share advice on how best to proceed within EXTJS on customizing the UI based off the security roles. I've already protected the backend application with ACEGI for the static URI's, dynamic (MVC), webservices, etc..

I know security at the client side is not a good idea, I'm more wanting to customize the UI based to the security role.

Can anyone help me get started and pointed in the right direction?
