CSS Minification

The CSS files included with beta-1 aren't minified. ext-all.css is about 120KB bigger as a result. I think that most people aren't going to put in the effort to shrink those files themselves and will instead blame the framework for the resulting performance hit.

Perhaps it'd be better to name such files ext-all-debug.css, etc?

It would be nice to have both but the CSS should come minified... this is an oversight.
