Is it possible to use a floating panel in viewport?
I've tryed but when I open it with setActiveItem I recive an error if the "centered" property is present in floating panel. If not it set the panel is showed not in floating state.
Thanks

You shouldn't add a floating component to the viewport. It should simple be:

var floater = Ext.create('Ext.Panel', {
width : 400,
height : 200,
centered : true
});
floater.show();

I know there is a warning that is logged to the console but that is not a valid message for a floating component.

Hi ,
I want to show the list component in the floating panel, which is working fine.
But I need help in few things:

1. I want to adjust the height of the floating panel depending orientation of the IPad.
2. When I wrapped up the List component in floating panel, it by default floating panel comes with a thick border which I do not want.
3. Now, the main thing, the same list component which has been wrapped up in floating panel, I want to reuse the List component. In IPad when my device will be on landscape mode I want the list component to be docked within the main container but when IPad in Portrait mode, I want to wrap up the list component in floating panel.

How can I achieve these? any examples?
