Add panel to header of a grid

Hello. I'd like to do the following task. I have a grid, with two columns and a header. Now I'd like to add another column to my header taking 100% of width. The problem is that I'd like to do this dynamically after the layout is already created. Is it possible and how, and what component type should I use to achieve this ?

If you want to update the columns array, then you can use reconfigure. You can pass null for the store.
