This just totally broke my whole project.
refs are no longer defined in a Controller????

Ok so need details. Do you mean the refs property that was an array and you would type [{'a': 'blah'}]
We've promoted refs to be a definition now and you can drag/drop 1 or more controller refs onto your controller to create refs.

Ok, I swear I posted a reply stating I found that. It would be nice to see a change log when upgrading.
Here is an idea for refs to help readability.
Have the "Controler Reference" be an object like a store.
Add a drop-down to "add fields" or "add references" to the Reference object like a store adds data fields.
This way all of the References are grouped together and collapsible AND I would not have to drag multiple references over to the Inspector.
Also, having different icons for the behaviors would help immensely.
