Align grid header and grid data independently

Using "align" property in a grid's column aligns both the header as the content. I want to align header and content independently. I tried to inspect css classes with firebug but with no success; really don't know how to find proper classes and apply them afterwards.

Also I don't want to align the whole grid, but rather add align property only to some columns.

Please help !!!

but it's not working...
