Icon and text in ActionColumn

Hi
Is it possible to show an icon and some text in a ActionColumn? I have a requirement as to display an Edit button and some text in a single column. This text is populating from DB.

It appears that the items collection of an Ext.grid.column.Action component won't accept any child items other than icon/tooltip/handler based content. I wrote a quick test and tried shoving in different types of child components, none of which worked.

As far as I can tell, you may have to use a regular grid column with a custom renderer to get what you're after.
