Fix the position of grid in a panel if it contain multiple grid

Hi All,

My panel contain multiple number of grid. and i want the position of the grid should be fix means it follows sequence . we have some thing called pubsub if we change in pubsub then the sequence of grid shoud not change .Anything in ext js that makes grid fix in a panal.can anybody help me in this regards.
