how to create user defined series CandleStick(Box-Whisker)

can any one help me on how to create Series for CandleStick(Box-Whisker) in extjs 4

You need to extend series and work with the data and axes. You can look at the other series to see how this is currently done, in face you can probably extend line series and add additional functionality to it. It won't be easy probably.
