Ext JS alert box(DialogBox) in IE

Hi

I am using 4.0.5 version. In IE, the Ext alert box does not work properly. When the alert box appears, all the screen content behind it, is cleared out, so the user just see the alert at that moment. When user presses Ok, the screen content comes back. So unlike in other browsers, in IE, the alert box takes up the whole screen and nothing else is visible at that time.

this is a bug that was most likely fixed in 4.0.7

Thanks for the answer. Is there a way to fix it in my current version? For some reasons i cant use 4.0.7

My suggestion is to include the Ext.MessageBox source code from 4.0.7 in your app, after Ext JS. It's in the src/window/MessageBox.js

I replaced the MessageBox.js of 4.0.7 with my current MessageBox.js. But did not have any effect. So, i guess this s a CSS problem and not a JS problem. Any suggestions??
