grid header filter

Hey guys,

I'm a beginner in extjs.
I need to have a filter below the column name in a grid.
How do I implement it?

There are plugins in other versions of ext js,but does extjs 4 have it?
Can you please give the plugins in case they exist for extjs 4?

what kind of filter? give us links to plugins for other versions of ext to see what's the idea!
