[ExtJS4.0.7] Create "ext-all.js"

Hello,

for my project I have to edit the code-base of ExtJS 4.0.7 (I have to change a mixin and that is in 4.0.x not possible via 'override'). Now I want to create a new ext-all.js/ext-debug.js with my changes included.

Can someone give me a hint, howto or link how I can do this.

I wouldn't edit the library, instead I would create overrides.
