MessageBox in popup panel

If I call
Ext.Msg.alert('Caption', 'Text', Ext.emptyFn)
from a controller when a popup form is showed the message box is under the popup....

Using this code:


new Ext.Panel({
centered : true,
width : 400,
height : 400
}).show();

Ext.Msg.alert('Test', 'Test');

The Ext.Msg is showing above the panel.
