Sencha App Speed Issue on Galaxy Tabs[Android]

Hi, In my company we r developing sencha touch (1.1) + phonegap app for Android devices as well as for Apple I pad. Here applicaiton is running very slow on android devices & squeezing the pages also, but was not happeing on Ipads [some how works cool].

So here on our application we performed optimization techniques also...But still no use...what should i do ?
How can i increase the application speed on Android devices...

Any suggestions would be appreciated...

Android devices don't like CSS3 transitions so animations using it should be eliminated where possible. No way around this. Keeping the DOM lightweight is also a key. Your code needs to do the bare minimum to achieve something, basically meaning to be highly optimized.
