sencha slice theme doesn't create all images

The slicer only create the following images:



btn
btn-group
datepicker
form-invalid-tip
grid
menu
panel
panel-header
progress
tab
tab-bar
tip
toolbar
window
window-header


As you can see some are missing like:


boundlist
box
btn
tools
shared
tree


How do I generate those?

This problem also exists in Ext 4.1.1 RC 1

I'm using Sencha Command v2.0.0 Beta 3 under Windows 7 32bit

I'm also running into this issue. Only some of the images are being created. Plus the ones that are being created don't seem to be being positioned correctly when viewing in IE 7-9.
