SASS/COMPASS : How to change the background-image ?

I'm trying to change the white default background in sencha-touch by an image.
Is it possible to make it on my SASS sheet ? I didn't find the solution.

On what component? Like a List has it's own background-color rule.

Inspect the DOM and see what CSS classes you can use to override
