dataview setup in designer

hello,

could be possible to have some sample on how to set up a component data view in Designer, especially regarding the DataItem...

I'm tryong to replicate the sample from Sencha Blog
http://www.sencha.com/blog/dive-into-dataview-with-sencha-touch-2-beta-2/

but i can't figure out which item should I add to the dataview node to set up the single item template as a summary of components.

some sample code would be appreciated.

...a kitchensink for designer wouldn't be a bad idea :=)

The DataView in Designer does not yet fully support the useComponents configuration. We are working on this.

I am in need of this as well. Is there a temporary workaround (via the code view) to accomplish this?

No there is not. We should be starting work on this soon however.
