Different docked containers and same grids

There are two grids. Summary feature adding docked containers in two that grids. They looks like:

Why?
I can set style by style property. But problem isn't in it.
When I have not much rows in the grid - that summary container isn't shows. But if I will resize window - it will appear. I did console.log on grids and docked containers - they are very similar. Both of them have 2 bottom docked components, scroller and summary container. What's the problem? Container layout: fit.

Normal docked container have three additional classes:

x-docked-noborder-right

x-docked-noborder-bottom

x-docked-noborder-left

Where they come from? I need just add it to another?

Those are added by the framework when no border is wanted.
