I am using GXT 2.2.4 in my web application. I have a dialog with many input controls like combo, suggest box and so on. Now I want to listen to key press event of dialog to submit a task if key pressed is ENTER. So overridden onKeyPress() of dialog class.But If the user hits enter while selecting an item from combo, the dialog's onKeyPress() is fired before combo's onKeyPress() which is submitting the task with out the user selected value.I want to handle combo keypress event before dialog keypress.Can anyone please help me here?

you could check if the combo is expanded using

isExpanded

public boolean isExpanded()
Returns true if the panel is expanded.
Returns:the expand state

If it's expanded, don't submit. Else, submit.
