RTL direction in ExtJS

Hi,

I want to change direction in ExtJs to "RTL" , but I could not be success because when I change direction from ltr to rtl every things change and some of them not work good such as grid panel.
I want, when I change direction to RTL , resize in grid panel doing from left side but it's not possible .
Please help me.

RTL has been a long standing feature request for Ext JS and something that will be added sometime after 4.1 is released.
