Designer overwrites MyApp.store.MyStore on deploy

Hi!

When I create a store and re-deploy the designer overwrites the files in which I should implement my code.

Steps to create this bug:
Start a project, create an store and define a store with userClassName 'MyStore'
Deploy
Change the file app/store/MyApp.store.MyStore.js
Re-Deploy
The changes in the file are overwritten
Tested on Mac OS X Lion with Ext Designer 2.0.0 Build 298.
