Use my theme in Designer

Is there a way I can use my customised theme in Designer, so I can design forms with a more accurate visual preview?

No. You can link your themes css in the exported page by including it in the designer preferences but this will not put it in the preview.

This functionality will be coming some time after 2.0 GA.
