Touch TabPanel items promoted to class (v309)

After promoting My TabPanel items to a custom class, on reopenig the project
the Bottom TabPanels are corrupt.

Moving Bottom TabPanel to TOP and back to BOTTOM repairs the missing iconCls
inside Designer but the titles are still missing.

It is also not possible to reedit the title in component inspector because it is not listed!?!
No chance to get back my title or to reedit them.

Maybe the same bug with former reported lost title on drag/drop tabpanel items.
