Build 337 and Deploy Package as an app?

How work it?, i try to do a hello word app, i drop a Container, an FormPanel and a toolbar and i can see the app running in the Chrome, but when I try to deploy Project and select Package as an app i get this error:

SDKTools v2 Installed:true
TypeError: 'undefined' is not an object

the same with citybars example
