Keeping stores and models sortable

I have a rather long list of stores and models at this time and it is getting harder to find the exact store or model that I am looking for since it is not in alphabetical order.

When I try and drag a store or model around in the list to keep the in alphabetical order, I get this warning:
"Dropping a root level component here can not be undone. Would you like to copy it, move it, or link it?" Once when I moved a stored in an earlier build things got real messed so I am afraid to try this again. What would it mean to link a model or store in this case?

Can you please keep these sorted alphabetically or at least make it an option to keep it sorted?

I move these all the time, so:
- yes, I feel it is save to move them
- yes, I would also love a feature to keep things in alphabetical order

Thanks for the feedback. I will do my own sort management until Designer can lighten the load.

To be on the save side just backup your project regularly (sourcecontrol is great)

Link makes no sense here and should be removed.

Move and Copy both are sensible operations.
