Function parameters are not validated

It's possible to define function parameters with the same name. A small one that's not noticeable until the application is executed.

@bseddon Can you tell us what steps you took to get duplicate parameter names? There should already be validation in place to disallow that.

I've just tried to check an example in Architect and it now growls the name is a duplicate. So this one looks like it's fixed.
