cachedConfig, eventedConfig - what is it and how it works?

It's a lengthy topic and it's currently a private feature. Generally you shouldn't use / care about it unless you know exactly what you're doing.

For a short explanation, items listed in cachedConfig are only initialized once, during the first time that Component is instantiated. The resulted DOM element will then be cloned as-it for sub-sequent instances. It cuts down initialization significantly for config items that purely tightened to DOM element processing, and repetitive in nature.

Again this is private API and subject to change.

Thanks, I understood what this is a private API, but I think this is may be useful for development.
For example: 'template' (property in components classes, also private API) is very very useful for developing custom components.
