Img Width/Height resets after Designer restart

Our Img objects, since the latest build, have been auto-setting their own (incorrect) width and height every time I close and open up Designer.

I usually set them to 150 height and no specified width (as aspect ratios change). After a restart, height goes to 103 and width to 86, every time. I believe it is reading the width and height of the image on load, instead of respecting my hardcoded values.
