I have 3 "Can not open source file" & no idea what source files it is talking about. The project is working as javascript, now I'm trying to package it. I didn't find any info in Sencha Touch 2 (http://www.sencha.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?89-Sencha-Touch-2.x-Forums) docs about requirement of file structure of the project. If there is any, please tell me, may be that will solve the problem.

Packaging shouldn't have any special requirements.

You should use Sencha Command to start your app off, it can create a simple example app that you can start with but will setup everything else to build and such.

As you create your application classes, the class name should match the file structure 100% (case-sensitive)

do I need to have all files included in index.html (.js, .css) locally, in "inputPath" folder?

Your application classes should require the classes that they need setting up a dependency list that the tools can build.
