How do I add data to a Store in Architect 2.0.0 build 412

I'm half following the 'geocongress' app, to get to know Architect 2.0.0.

I can not see how to add via the UI a data field into a Ext.data.JsonP store.

Looking at the 'State's store in the 'geocongress' app I can see a 'data' field with json data, but in my sample app when I add a JsonP Store (Ext.data.JsonP) that field does not come up in the Config panel, nor is it obvious which component in the toolbox I should add.
