offline Yui-ext

It would be very useful, if yui-ext, its documentation and examples worked offline.
There are references to yimg.com and yui-ext.com in the code and documentation that prevent this from happening.

I often have to work offline, testing with a webserver on my local machine.
So if your could make an offline build option, that would be great!

You have to host the yui and yui-ext files locally. Change the refs in the examples to your local virtual directorities. Since we can't guess what your local environment looks like, we can't code them for you.

All the code except for the one that rely on a server page to serve the data work locally.

In the future, there may be the ablility to download a monster zip of all the html pages - all the doc is in the source code, so you do have it locally - it's not all hyperlinked together, but it's there.

It would be nice if it were all in one place (e.g. external.js ) so that I only had to change the yimg.com reference once instead in every example.
