I use Intype (http://intype.info) that supports similar syntax for bundles. And I wrote my own small Ext2.0 bundle. Let me know if you're interested in it yet and I'll post it here.

I use the e editor (http://e-texteditor.com/)which supports Textmate bundles. Can you or anyone post the ext bundle? 1.x preferred.

I've just released my own ExtJS bundle for Textmate and E, available on Github at http://github.com/edspencer/extjs-tmbundle/tree/master. I've also written a short blog post (http://edspencer.net/2009/01/extjs-textmate-bundle.html) about it.
