How to add a new combobox in Roweditor

How to add a new combobox to a roweditor after selecting data from a existing combobox. For example, I am having a combobox for a field in the roweditor ,after selecting a data from the combo , I want to add a new combo in the roweditor having new values. Please help me.

That may require a hat trick, as the editors are defined prior to load.
Can you re-populate the combo with different data?
