Try using Ext-all-debug.js instead of ext-all.js. That might already give enough error info to get going.

If you need more info, launch the IE developer tools in debugging mode (script tab, "start debugging"). When the error occurs, it will jump into the code view. Go to the call stack tab, and see what line of your code is triggering the problem. You should be able to find the solution from there.
