Resizing issues in BasicDialog on non-firefox

Currently I am having some issues resizing BasicDialogs on IE and opera. The issue only occurs sometimes but it appears that the state of the mouse as it is down is not being recognized, it does not occur everytime but if you resize a few different ways, generally when making the dialog bigger it occurs. Doen't seem to work in IE at all right now-never comes back from login. You might try removing the strict doctype - IE still has problems with something in strict mode

That seemed to have resolved the issue on IE, thanks! Opera, though, appears to have some issues.
