Hello everyone,
I'm working with ExtJS 4.1, my task is to create a form with customer's logo at the top.
The frame on which I'm writing my own code is this example, from Sencha's website:

http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/ext-4.1.0-gpl/examples/form/fieldcontainer.html

What I'd like to do is placing customer's logo into the form of this example, above email address field, as form's header.
Can anyone suggest me a good way to do that ?

Thanks in advance.

Enrico.

Maybe something like this:

items: [
Ext.create('Ext.Img', {
src: 'css/images/header-logo.png',
width: 124,
height: 60
}),
{
...
