tools decorations refuse to show up in tree panel headers on jsfiddle

I don't exactly believe it, but here's my problem. I cut down a larger app to the jsfiddle above, in order to solicit assistance with a more interesting problem. The tools (two I declare, plus the collapse button) fail to show up on the tree panel headers.

I hesitate to try to fill in the rest of this test case until I understand this behavior.

Looks like it's fixed in ExtJS 4.1.1 (you can change the library to 4.1.1 in the fiddle and 'RUN' to see the fix).
