Menu in layout?

Does anyone have a simple example of using the menu/toolbar in the north frame of a layout?

I really hope that the next alpha 2 (release next monday?) will contain more updated docs as well as examples ;-)

I guess this questions should never have been in the "Help" section but in the newly created forum for Ext1.0 alpha :?
