actioncolumn to use text instead of icons

Hi, I would like to use the nice feature of actioncolumn in the grids where you click the icon and does something to that particular row.

However instead of using icons, I would like to use text (like Ext.Button)? is there a way to do this? Cheers.

For example



var buyAction = Ext.create('Ext.Action', {
text: 'Buy stock',
disabled: true,
handler: function(widget, event) {
var rec = grid.getSelectionModel().getSelection()[0];
if (rec) {
Ext.example.msg('Buy', 'Buy ' + rec.get('company'));
}
}
});

and put that on the menu. Just set text no iconClass
